Shipping
Once your order has been placed, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process and ship. We ship worldwide via UPS express and it takes 3 to 5 business days for an order to be delivered.
Express mail is done through the private carrier UPS. It is possible but unlikely that there may be delays due to processing times at customs. We will provide you with a tracking number with which you will be able to track your package.
*Please note that in the case of some countries (not the U.S.), buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Elegancia Tropical is not responsible for delays in transit or customs.

Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return your purchased item(s), please send us an email to hola@eleganciatropical.com specifying the reason for your return. Please do not just send your purchase back to us.
Elegancia Tropical will gladly exchange your item for another or issue a refund. In order to do this, the returned item(s) must be undamaged and in their original condition with tags still attached and in their original packing.
Once you have contacted us requesting a return or exchange, we will provide you with shipping directions and a return address. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item, unless it is deemed faulty.
To be eligible for a return or exchange you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another item, please specify in an email the item for which you would like to make the exchange. If the new item is of a lower cost than the original item, we will refund you the difference. If the new item is of a higher cost than the original item, you will have to pay the difference.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item and to ship the new one.
Sales
Please note that in the case of sale items, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or provide exchanges on sale items unless the item is deemed faulty.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take approximately 3 to 5 business days. If your refund has been issued but you have not received it after this time, please contact us at hola@eleganciatropical.com.
