Once your order has been placed, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process and ship it. We ship worldwide and offer two shipping options you can chose at check out.
Standard mail — Free in the U.S.
Free standard shipping is available in the U.S. through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping time may vary depending on the destination. Transit time is approximately 3-5 business days.
For international shipments, there is a flat rate of $9.80. Transit time is approximately 8-12 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number once shipped.
DHL Express Mail — $19 flat rate worldwide
Express mail is done through the private carrier DHL. Shipping time worldwide may vary between 3 to 5 days. It is possible but unlikely that there may be delays due to processing time at customs. We will provide you with a tracking number and a customs number with which you will be able to track your package with DHL.
*Please note that in the case of overseas orders, buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Elegancia Tropical is not responsible for delays in transit or customs.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return your purchased item(s), please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the reason for your return. Please do not just send your purchase back to us.
Elegancia Tropical will gladly exchange your item for another or issue a refund. In order to do this, the returned item(s) must be undamaged and in their original condition with tags still attached and in their original packing.
Once you have contacted us requesting a return or exchange, we will provide you with shipping directions and a return address. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item, unless it is deemed faulty.
To be eligible for a return or exchange you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items within 30 days of delivery.
If you wish to exchange your item for another item, please specify in an email the item for which you would like to make the exchange. If the new item is of a lower cost than the original item, we will refund you the difference. If the new item is of a higher cost than the original item, you will have to pay the difference.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item and to ship the new item.
Please not that in the case of sale items, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or provide exchanges on sale items unless the item is deemed faulty.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take approximately 3 to 5 business days. If your refund has been issued but you have not received it after this time, please contact us at email@example.com.
